If Officina 3D Studio does not work for you, write to us within 14 days of your purchase and we refund the full price. No complicated forms: just reply to the email with your license key, or write to officinadstudio@gmail.com with your order email.

How it works

We refund the payment through Stripe, our payment provider. The money returns to your card or account, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. When the refund is made, the license key of that order is deactivated.

Before you buy

You can download the program and look at the interface before buying. If something does not work, please tell us: we try to fix problems quickly, and a bug report often solves the issue.

This policy does not limit the rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
