End user license agreement
Draft – to be reviewed by a professional before selling.
By installing or using Officina 3D ("the Software") you accept this agreement.
1. License
Each license key allows the use of the Software on ONE computer. The key is bound to that computer at the first activation and cannot be transferred to, shared with or used on other computers. Support may move a key to a new computer in case of hardware failure or replacement.
2. Activation And Data
The Software is activated online. During activation and the periodic checks it sends to the license server: the license key, an anonymous identifier of the computer (a hash derived from hardware IDs) and the program version; the server also records the date and the IP address of the request. These data are used only to verify and protect the license. Without an internet connection the Software keeps working for up to 14 days after the last successful check.
3. Restrictions
You may not copy, sell, rent, sublicense or distribute the Software or license keys, nor reverse engineer, modify or circumvent the license protection, except where the law expressly allows it.
4. Your Models
The 3D models you create or process with the Software remain yours.
5. Third-Party Components
The Software includes open-source components under their own licenses (see THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.txt in the installation folder). Nothing in this agreement limits your rights under those licenses.
6. No Warranty
The Software is provided "as is". Check every part before printing: the publisher is not liable for failed prints, material, machine time or any indirect damage, within the limits allowed by law.
7. Termination
A license used in breach of this agreement may be revoked.
